Terms of use

The deal, in short

Last updated 9 October 2026. By installing or using KIKA AI you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

The softwareProvided as is

KIKA AI is built by Kiyan Studio on Code - OSS, the open-source base of Visual Studio Code (MIT licence — the full notice ships with the app). KIKA is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft. The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Free modelsIncluded, with fair use

Signing in gives you free access to Gemini Flash and free open models through the KIKA cloud. They share limited capacity: each account has a fair-use limit, a model may be busy or withdrawn by its provider at any time, and the free tier may change or end. Don't automate, resell, or try to get around the limits — accounts that abuse the free service can be blocked.

Your workYours — and your responsibility

You own what you build with KIKA. AI output can be wrong, insecure or similar to existing code: review it before you rely on it or ship it. Only send code and data you have the right to share with the AI providers described in the privacy policy, and use KIKA lawfully. Those providers' own terms also apply to your requests.

Paid plansWhen they arrive

Paid plans aren't on sale yet. When they are, their price, credits and billing terms will be shown before you pay, and payment will be handled by Razorpay.

LimitsLiability

To the extent the law allows, Kiyan Studio isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits from using KIKA, and its total liability is limited to what you paid for KIKA in the previous 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: github.com/Kiyanstudio/KIKA-AI.
